Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Belle and Bow Equestrian ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. For any other locations please contact us for shipping prices. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We will ship out of US at customers cost and risk.
Items will not be shipped out until payment is received.
Most ready to wear items ship out within 5 business days, but most of the time they ship out or next business day.
Custom bows will not start production until full payment has been received.
We will ship via USPS or UPS.
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). We have a 10 day return policy. Please contact us for a return authorization and the correct return address within 5 days of receiving your products and have it back to us within 10 days, in new condition with the tags on and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: We have a 10 day exchange policy. When making an exchange please notify us within 5 days and have the product back to us within 10 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping, however you will not have to pay for your replacement items to be shipped. Please include the original packaging and tags must be on and in new condition. Your new items will ship once we have received the exchanged product.
Belle and Bow Equestrian reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Some colors may vary slightly due to availability of materials.
There is a 10% restocking fee on any accepted returns.
